Cancellation Policy

We value dispatch efficiency and timely response. If you need to cancel or reschedule service, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made before dispatch may not incur a fee. However, cancellations made after dispatch has begun may result in a mobilization or service charge. Emergency dispatches may include non-refundable fees.

Failure to provide accurate service details may result in additional charges.

Refund Policy

Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable service correction at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures

Deposits

Certain long-distance vehicle transport services may require a deposit to secure scheduling.

Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Deposits may be refundable only if cancellation occurs before dispatch scheduling or equipment preparation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture.

Vehicle Condition And Risk Acknowledgment

By requesting service, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to request towing or transport services.

You acknowledge that towing, winch-out, and vehicle transport services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to movement of suspension components, shifting of body panels, contact with towing equipment, and undercarriage exposure during loading and unloading.

You agree to disclose any prior damage, structural weaknesses, low ground clearance, aftermarket modifications, mechanical failures, or special handling requirements before service begins.

Tigers Towing & Transport  is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures before, during, or after service
• Structural weaknesses or corrosion
• Damage resulting from undisclosed modifications
• Undercarriage or bumper contact during necessary loading procedures
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings before service.

Release And Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Tigers Towing & Transport, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Normal risks associated with towing and roadside services
• Undisclosed vehicle conditions
• Customer-provided inaccurate information
• Mechanical or structural failures unrelated to the Company's negligence

No Warranty On Services

All services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee mechanical performance after towing, prevention of pre-existing damage, exact arrival times, or restoration of vehicle functionality.

Limitation Of Liability

Tigers Towing & Transport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or reduction in vehicle value.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
